There's a quote by Neil Degrasse Tyson that goes: "We are part of this universe; we are in this universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts, is that the universe is in us." I love this idea, that on a molecular level, we are all connected to everything around us. In fact, it intrigued me so much that I started to have dreams about it. What does it mean to be truly connected? My subconscious mind portrayed that to me as our bodies, which are made up of galaxies and star dust, being able to photosynthesize and grow the way plants do. In this dream, we are the universe, we are plants, and we are us.
