Tribute: Portraits of Working Heroes on the Tilikum Crossing.

Mooney created a visual record of building Tilikum Crossing, the Portland-Milwaukie light rail bridge over the Willamette River. Portraits of the designers, engineers, builders, and contractors who worked on the project are featured in their working environment. Funded in part by Regional Arts & Culture Council.
