The Work:
Lady Palm is from my Black & White Market Series. In this series I present tropical folia in a striped from color, high contrast manner to reveal the basic line and form of the subject.

The Artist:
My approach is mostly instinctual whereas I’m drawn to something and my desire is to reveal and capture the essence of the subject’s pull.
