Artist Statement

I ask God to create through me and I just have fun in the process.

Biography

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, received a master's degree in visual design from IIT and taught high school art for 22 years. I was president of the Midwest Collage Society for 2 years, during which time I received a second place award in a competition from the National Collage Society. I exhibited and sold in local galleries, including downtown Chicago, receiving numerous awards along the way. While collage is my passion, having recently moved to Florida, I find that acrylic painting better suites my current circumstances.
