Information

Tooled Pointillism is done on a wood panel primed with matte black gesso. This painting was done using various sizes of mandala dotting tools. I dip the tool into acrylic paint and make a dot. Some dots require several dots, one on top of another, to achieve the desired color. Each painting is an original. I use various tools to make the drawing and then create my painting with dots. Some of my other paintings also use other tools, not just dots. Such as my lighthouses that are brick or have brick showing.
